I hope that when the license will expire, J.K. ![]() Its an action game, set in a licensed title, platform and puzzle elements themes. The only way to play those old games is to get an old PC with Windows 7 or lower installed on it. Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone is a video game published in 2001 on Windows by Electronic Arts, Inc. I consider that EA did an awesome job with the Harry Potter franchise, but J.K.Rowlings went for the highest bidder and we've seen all what Warner did with the Harry Potter IP (two Lego games and a few bad mobile games, nothing on par with what EA did). It's a situation where the only true loser is the custoemr, sadly. And while EA is a big gaming corporation, it doesn't even come to a fraction of what a media giant like Warner can offer. When the license expired, EA could not renewed it, as the other bidder was Warner.
